With over 40 years experience, Owen has been an award winning developer and asset manager of six different asset classes totaling millions of square feet and half a billion dollars in value. He has also been a CFO/Controller for six corporations, and currently holds a CA broker’s license.
Jason Gilbert, Senior Advisor
Jason is a full time advisor and investor, and is founder and president of the largest training institute for commercial properties in the Nation. A former US Marine officer, Jason left active duty after 10 years service as a widowed single father on unemployment, and quickly rose to become a successful national commercial real estate investor.
Dutch Mendenhall, Senior Advisor
Dutch is a full time advisor and investor, and former executive recruiter for a billion dollar company. As someone who possesses a passion for teaching and helping others achieve their peak performance, Dutch coached a Top 10 NCAA baseball team and mentors several professional athletes to this day. Dutch is the Director of the CAA Commercial Short Sales Division and manages a power team of negotiators and transaction facilitators.
Teresa Graves, Senior Advisor
Teresa is a full time advisor and investor with over 20 years experience, specializing in corporate health care and the analysis and acquisitions of senior assisted living facilities.
Bradley Glaves, Senior Advisor
Bradley is a builder, investor and commercial broker with over 30 years experience. He was a Broker of the Year, as featured in the 1986 Wall St Journal at age 26, and not long thereafter built his first ocean front home. Bradley is an industry leader in Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in Acquisitions, Sale-Lease Back, Joint Venture Facilitation and Structured Finance transactions.
Larry D. Schnepf, MAI Appraiser
Larry in one the most qualified and experienced appraisers in the nation, with over 35 years experience. Larry has been a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) #7760, the highest qualification for appraisers, since 1988.
