BUY-BACK OPTION: We also contract via an Option Agreement to purchase select properties from our clients at the time they acquire the asset. This provides our client with an exit strategy whereby they know who they are going to sell to, when they are going to sell, and how much they are going to sell for and their profit. This provides you as our client with unprecedented clarity and certainty rarely achievable in real estate investing.
